I am so blessed to be able to call this POWERHOUSE woman my friend! She is resilient, brilliant and blessed. Growing up in a conservative church and family, she didn’t know what to do with her prophetic gifting…but God did! BIO:
Nancy Knopp is called by God as a watchwoman on the wall of intercession to raise up and prepare the bride of Christ for the Lord’s return. In 2015 God encountered Nancy and commissioned her to start a women’s ministry called “Esthers Arise” which was established in 2020. Nancy Knopp has a passion to see the bride of Christ arise, pray, and speak, and become all they are called to be Christ Jesus. Nancy carries a breaker anointing to heal the sick, preach the gospel, prophesy, and pray for cities and nations. Nancy lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and 3 sons.
HIGHLIGHTS:
– Grew up on a dairy farm in Canada. Her father was a dairy farmer from the Netherlands, so she was raised in the Dutch Reformed Church.
– Loved adventure and outdoor activities; enjoyed riding four-wheelers and biking down mountains. Helped with farm chores, including pulling calves with her dad and sister.
– Spiritual journey involved early love for God and continuous relationship with Him. Baptized as a baby and felt Jesus’ love from a young age.
– Noticed contradictions in church behavior, such as smoking and drinking among members. Parents, who smoked, did their best to raise five children in a Godly home despite their own struggles.
– Experienced feelings of abuse and domination at home, leading to fear and difficulty expressing herself. Had a mix of fun and fear growing up, unsure of safety.
– Decided at five years old to become a nurse and envisioned marrying a pastor. By age 15 had an encounter with the Holy Spirit, receiving baptism in the Holy Spirit in Michigan, then experienced more vivid spiritual encounters and guidance from God.
– Felt called to speak by the Holy Spirit but was hindered by family beliefs. Yet, in her home, women were not allowed to speak or lead in church.
– Began planning to leave home from age 15 to 18 due to familial and personal struggles
– Had a prophetic gift and heard God’s voice clearly, especially from age 15 onwards. Experienced dreams and visions with messages for others, and felt burdened and isolated due to her prophetic gift.
– Went to nursing school in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
– Suffered from Lyme disease in her early 20s and experienced intense spiritual warfare and supernatural encounters.
– Engaged in ministry and outreach, leading a ministry in Michigan for four years.
– Almost married someone else but received a divine message redirecting her. Met her husband, Paul, through a series of supernatural events and signs. And have now been married for 15 years. They had five miscarriages but eventually had a son, Jeremiah.
– Trained as a naturopath and started her own naturopath business, growing it to 400 clients and a six-figure income. Had prophetic dreams guiding our moves and business decisions.
– God called Nancy to be a Watchman and to start a women’s movement, “Esthers Arise.” Had several dreams about a man named Lou Engle and a revival movement. He later prophesied over her, confirming her calling.
– Nancy faced significant spiritual warfare, including car accidents and direct threats. Despite challenges, God continued to guide and protect her through dreams.
– She and Paul now run multiple businesses as Kingdom entrepreneurs and launched “Esther’s Arise” in 2020. Excited for new blueprints and future plans for the movement.
